OSCAR GHIGLIA. GLI ANNI DI NOVECENTO
The exhibition is dedicated to one of the most famous Tuscan artists of the twentieth century.
The event is curated by leading experts in the field such as Leonardo Ghiglia, Lucia Mannini and Stefano Zampieri, with the collaboration of Valentina Zucchi, and consists of 56 works (some never exhibited) that place emphasis on the "magical" and "introverted" complexity and beauty of the language of Oscar Ghiglia (Livorno, 1876 - Prato, 1945).
A very particular introspective vision of a great artist in relationship with the twentieth century, the artistic movement, and with the most important artists and art critics and collections of that period, such as Modigliani and Ugo Ojetti.
