For over twenty years, the mission of the Aquarium of Genoa has been to inform and educate people about the safeguarding, management and sustainable use of aquatic environments in order to promote positive and responsible behaviours. 

This is done through numerous research and conservation projects and a constant commitment to animal welfare, but also by promoting exciting experiences always aimed at respecting biodiversity.

And this guide follows the same line of thought, not only from an external point of view - with its 100% recycled paper - but also in its contents, inspired by the concept of Edutainment, or learning while having fun. 

The partition in environments facilitates the reading, as well as the numerous coloured images of all the animal species, the interesting insights of the biologist and, last but not the least, the QR Codes linking to some of the most beautiful videos made in the Aquarium.
