Through a series of captivating photographs taken in the ealy 20th century, coming from the Gabinetto Fotografico at the Uffizi, from its internal workers.
The study documents the fascinating changes in the exhibition layout and patterns: the museum both as a place to display the artworks and as a cultural promoter.
A new cultural conception which has inexorably altered the traditional one: the new colourful multitude of visitors currently exploring the museums of Florence is way different than the very few sporadic visitors of the early 20th century.
