Boboli Gardens

Designed by Niccolò Pericoli, known as "il Tribolo", the garden complex of Boboli is one of the most outstanding examples of Italian Renaissance landscaping. The succession of its breathtaking views, unfolding through the architecturally orchestrated display of rare and unique botanical treasures, are further heightened by the many art masterpieces strategically placed along the way, such as Buontalenti's Grotto, Giambologna's Ocean Fountain, the Amphitheatre and the colossal statue of Plenty.

Litta Medri is the Director of the Boboli Gardens. Giorgio Galletti is the director of Villas, Parks and Garden's Office.
