Sculptress, antique dealer, gallerist, goldsmith and designer, Paola Crema attended the Accademia delle Belle Arti of Florence. She lives and works in Florence and Rome.
Between pure ornament and sculpture, the work of Paola Crema has never been able to renounce, in the act, a longing for the hybrid, for intermingling, for evocative and oftentimes prodigious pastiche.
Her works are part of the permanent collection of MOC (Museo dell’Oreficeria Contemporanea) of Sartirana (Pavia) and at the new Contemporary Jewellery section of the Museo degli Argenti in Florence.
